The USPS mailroom is located on B2 garage level of the Rivergate Tower; mail is picked up daily at 3:30 p.m. A mailbox key will be issued to each tenant upon acceptance of the suite. To order extra keys, or to replace lost keys, please click here (opens in new window). USPS will not deliver mail to individual suites.

The Fedex drop off box is located in the Tenant Lounge on the 3rd floor, pick up is at 6:00 p.m.

UPS no longer has a drop box on site; to schedule a pickup call (800) 742-5877.

Amazon deliveries are accepted Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. If you received notification that an Amazon package was delivered via USPS and you have not received it, please visit the Security Desk for mailroom assistance.
